FIELD: disposal of solid waste.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to waste processing industry, in particular to recycling of municipal solid wastes (MSW), and is used in recycling of tailings after sorting. Complex for processing the tailings of sorting municipal solid waste (MSW) contains a block of equipment for thermal processing of MSW sorting tailings, a block of heat and power generation and a block of wastewater treatment. Block of equipment for thermal treatment of tailings of sorting of MSW consists of in-series located units. Drying assembly of preliminary crushed tailings of MSW sorting includes a drum dryer and a hopper of dry MSW sorting tailings. Reactor assembly includes a screw feeder with a receiving tray, an installation for thermal recycling of MSW sorting tailings, a diesel burner for heating the gasification chamber of the thermal recycling plant, an afterburner chamber and an ash removal device. Flue gas mixing chamber is made with possibility of obtaining drying agent from mixture of flue gases leaving afterburner, and atmospheric air from environment and its supply into drum dryer. Steam-generating unit includes a steam boiler generating steam for the steam turbine of the heat and power generation unit due to heat of flue gases from the afterburner chamber of the installation for thermal utilization of sorting MSW sorting tailings of the reactor unit and discharging waste flue gases into the mixing chamber of flue gases of the reactor unit, a deaerator, a water treatment plant. Cleaning unit of flue gases coming as part of steam-gas mixture from drum dryer includes water scrubber, smoke exhauster, stack.
EFFECT: providing efficient and reliable generation of heat and electric energy with formation of ash and slag of not more than 10 % of the mass of MSW tailings at the ETC inlet.
