SUBSTANCE: invention relates to professional electric grill for preparation of roasted meat and other food product. Electric grill comprises a lattice structure arranged substantially horizontally to support the prepared food product; heating module, which passes under the lattice structure and is intended for heating the grate structure and the food product lying on it, and the heat-reflecting structure, which passes under the heating module and is spaced apart from it, wherein this structure is intended for redirection of heat emitted by the heating module, towards the overlying lattice structure. Note here that grate structure comprises several main lengthwise elements arranged parallel with each other and spaced from each other. Heating module comprises several elongated heating elements, which are inherently arranged in parallel to each other and with transverse spacing from each other, below main longitudinal elements of said grate structure and substantially parallel thereto. Heat-reflecting structure comprises several heat-reflecting longitudinal elements, which are inherently arranged in parallel to each other and with transverse separation from each other, below said elongated heating elements and substantially parallel thereto. At least two adjacent along horizontal elongated heating elements of heating module pass directly under and in parallel to two corresponding main longitudinal elements of lattice structure. At that, each of the above two corresponding main longitudinal elements has, in fact, a shape of ridge tile and at the same time is arranged so that to create a cover for the upper side and two opposite sides of the underlying elongated heating element. At that, said at least two adjacent along horizontal elongated heating elements are aligned along vertical and are located above a single heat reflecting longitudinal element, configured to redirect at least a portion of the heat radiation coming from said overlying at least two adjacent along horizontal elongated heating elements in the direction of the longitudinal slit opening, limited in lateral direction by two main longitudinal elements of lattice structure arranged directly above said at least two adjacent along horizontal elongated heating elements.
EFFECT: uniform distribution of heat on the upper grate structure for optimum frying of meat.
