FIELD: organic chemistry; pharmaceutical industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method of producing a nanoparticle, to a nanoparticle for drug delivery produced by said method, and to an antitumour pharmaceutical composition containing at least one such nanoparticle together with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient. Such proposed method includes the following steps: a) an ester polymer conjugate of poly(methylvinyl ether-maleic anhydride) with polyethylene glycol or polyoxyethylene-C1-C3-alkyl ether is mixed in an organic medium with a biologically active compound which is an antitumor agent selected from docetaxel, paclitaxel and camptothecin; b) then performing desolvation of said conjugate by adding alcohol and water in presence of divalent metal to mixture obtained at step a).
EFFECT: group of inventions provides higher bioavailability of the antitumour agent through the intestinal mucosa, which provides a prolonged and stable blood plasma level for a long period of time.
