SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the computer equipment. System for providing recommendations for user health comprises a terminal computer and a control server. Control server comprises received information database unit accumulating biological information and behaviour information transmitted from terminal computer; a unit for setting an evaluation standard which sets an evaluation standard for each of a plurality of control elements relating to maintaining the health of the user; an evaluation selector selecting messages with an estimate for each of the control elements based on the biological information, behaviour information and the evaluation standard; and a display instruction issuing unit which issues commands to the terminal computer to display the evaluation message for each of the control elements. Setting unit of the evaluation standard establishes an evaluation standard related to at least one of the control elements, based on at least biological information or behaviour information accumulated in the database unit of the received information.

EFFECT: technical result is providing the possibility of providing health recommendations.
