SUBSTANCE: method comprises receiving, via a data network from an electronic device associated with an electronic message recipient, a request to handle electronic messages for the electronic message recipient; receiving, from an electronic message database, an incoming electronic message having the destination address which designates the electronic message recipient; determining the category of the incoming message; obtaining, from a behaviour model database based on the category of the incoming electronic message, an indication to the last behaviour model associated with the electronic message recipient; sending the electronic message via the data network of the initiating entity which performs the critical function in initiating the display, by an electronic device, of a web mail page which displays: the incoming electronic message; both the first and second command buttons which are selected based on the previous behaviour model.
EFFECT: faster handling of electronic messages.
