FIELD: smoking accessories.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tobacco industry, more particularly to electronic cigarettes. Disclosed is an aerosol-forming article comprising at least one blister capsule (210) containing a volatile liquid, wherein the aerosol-forming article further comprises a destructive system. Rupturing system comprises a first tube and a second tube, which are arranged in operational engagement defining a volume and are configured to move relative to each other along the first path of movement from the first position to the second position such that the volume formed by them is greater in the first position than in the second position. First tube contains the first destructing element located at least partially inside the first tube so that in the first position the first destructive element is completely enclosed in the volume formed by the first tube and the second tube. In the second position, the first destructive element at least partially protrudes from the formed volume to destroy blister capsule (210) to form a hole passing through blister capsule (210).

EFFECT: technical result is providing an easy-to-use and cost-effective system for piercing or breaking reservoirs for aerosol-forming systems.
