FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technical field of suspension devices used in coal mines for passenger transportation, in particular, to a system for centralized control of automatic accumulation and distribution of suspension seats of a suspension device for passengers boarding. Automatic system for centralized control of accumulation and distribution of suspension seats of a suspension device for boarding passengers comprises a robot-accumulator of suspended seats, suspended track for accumulation of suspended seats, robot distributor of suspended seats, suspended path for distribution of suspended seats, accumulation rack for suspended seats and control system. Robot-accumulator of suspended seats includes two servo-motors, longitudinal beam, rotary pneumatic cylinder and retainers. First servomotor is coupled with a roller to actuate the robot-accumulator of suspended seats for movement in transverse direction on the suspension accumulation track. Second servomotor actuates the longitudinal beam for its movement upwards and downwards. At the same time two servo motors are mutually fixed in mounting frames. Rotary pneumatic cylinder is installed on the lower end of the longitudinal beam. System combines functions of accumulation and distribution of suspended seats.
EFFECT: as a result, system serviceability is increased, besides, due to use of control mode implemented by built-in electromechanical unit, remote control by operators and reduction of manual labor volumes is provided.
