A passenger carriage is suspended by means of retractable telescopic supports to the running platform. The passenger carriage in the area of stops descends for the boarding and deboarding of passengers, and then rises by means of an electric winch available on the running platform. In the transport position, the carriage is rigidly fixed relative to the running platform and moves together with it.

EFFECT: absence of need for boarding platforms and stair flights, comfortable conditions are provided for boarding and deboarding of passengers in any situation.
