FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of aluminosilicate zeolite with MTW structure (type ZSM-12). Water solutions containing an aluminium source, a silicon source, a structure-forming agent (OSDA), selected from salts of monoethanol-N, N-dimethyl-N-ethyl-ammonium or diethanol-N-methyl-N-ethyl-ammonium, and an alkali metal source. Reaction mixture is obtained, having the following molar ratio of components (0.074–0.148):Na2O:0.0035 Al2O3:SiO2:0.12 OSDA:12.1 H2O and pH of the mixture equal to 11.5–13.5. Crystallisation of the obtained mixture is carried out, the crystalline product is separated, washed with distilled water till pH of filtrate is 9.0–9.5, dried and calcined at 550 ± 10 °C. Then ion exchange is carried out with ammonium salt solution, dried to constant weight and calcined at 550 ±10 °C.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a zeolite with the following characteristics: a degree of crystallinity of not less than 90 %, a crystallite size of not less than 0,5 mcm but not more than 5 mcm; content of sodium oxide in H-form of zeolite is not more than 0,05 %; SiO2/Al2O3 ratio ranges from 50 to 300.
