FIELD: synthesis of zeolite material.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of an aqueous solution in a Teflon insert of an autoclave, characterized by pH=11.5–13.5, containing aluminum and templates compound, with addition of silicon compound, taken in molar ratios of templates/Si=0.05–0.3, Si/Al=25–150; H2O/Si=5–25 to obtain a gelatinous mass. Then, obtained mass is crystallized with subsequent extraction of crystalline product, its washing with distilled water, drying to constant weight and annealing at 550±10 °C for 6–10 hours. Further, an ion exchange reaction is carried out with aqueous ammonium salt solution, followed by filtering the product, washing it with distilled water, drying to constant weight and calcination at 500±10 °C for 5–8 hours.
EFFECT: obtaining a crystalline zeolite with an MTW (ZSM-12 type) structure in situ with a degree of crystallinity of more than 90 % while reducing synthesis time.
