SUBSTANCE: invention relates to crossover device (1, 1') for a rotor of a wind-driven power plant (100), as well as a wind-driven power plant, and methods of arcing and moving rotor (106) of a wind-driven power plant. Arranging device (1, 1') for rotor of wind-driven power plant (100), containing rotor (106) and rotating structural group, connected to rotor rigidly for torsion, comprises at least one connecting device (210, 220, 230, 240, 250, 260, 301), which can be mounted on stationary structural unit (200, 300) stationary relative to a rotating structural group of wind-driven power plant (100) fixed relative to rotating structural group, with first actuator (213, 310), with second actuator (216, 350); and connecting element (212, 222, 232, 242, 252, 262, 305), which is connected to first and second actuators; and mating connector (124, 126), which can be mounted on rotating structural group, wherein said connecting element and said mating connector in detachable position of said connecting device are detachably connected, preferably with geometrical closure.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at simplification of installation and repair of wind-driven power plant.
