SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pharmacology, and can be used as a sedative and muscle relaxant drug containing hydroxyzine or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt - 0.00001–2.00002 wt. %, menthol solution in menthyl isovalerate- 0.99001–2.01106 wt. %, peppermint oil - 0.09807–0.14215 wt. %, Spanish hop oil - 0.017–0.020 wt. % and ethanol and purified water in weight ratio of 1.2:1–1.7:1 is the rest, made in the form of drops for oral administration, for therapy of functional disorders of cardiovascular system, tachycardia, neuroses and neurosis-like conditions accompanied by high excitability and irritability, anxiety, fear, difficulty falling asleep and sleep, as well as excitation conditions accompanied by manifested vegetative reactions and intestinal spasms.

EFFECT: therapeutic agent provides combination (synergetic) sedative and muscle relaxant action with reduced amount of active substances and fast provision of therapeutic effect.
