FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a pharmaceutical composition of sedative and spasmolytic action. Pharmaceutical composition is presented in the form of a tablet or capsule and contains dry valerian extract, dry extract motherwort, dry extract of hawthorn fruits, dry mint extract, mint oil, melatonin, lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, aerosil and magnesium stearate in amounts specified in the claim. As biologically active substances, the composition contains flavonoids in amount of 0.0190 ± 0.0008 wt% in terms of rutin.
EFFECT: as described above, thecomposition has a more convenient solid dosage form and has a more pronounced therapeutic effect in treating hyperthyroidism and panic attacks accompanied by tachycardia.
