FIELD: water treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to two versions of device for water electrolysis. According to one version, device comprises: housing having containing space; an electrolytic cell disposed in the containing space of the housing, wherein the electrolysis cell comprises a cathode and an anode, wherein a hydrogen gas is released on the cathode, and an oxygen gas is released at the anode during electrolysis of water; an inbuilt water reservoir configured to supply water to the electrolysis cell comprising a water hole, a hydrogen hole, an oxygen hole and an air supply tube; and an air pump connected to the air supply tube by an air supply branch pipe, wherein the air pump directs air from the environment outside the electrolysis device of the water to the air supply tube for diluting hydrogen gas; wherein the angle of inclination between the air supply branch pipe and the air supply tube is less than 90 degrees; wherein the water hole is configured to supply water to the electrolysis cell, and the hydrogen hole and the oxygen hole are configured to receive hydrogen gas and oxygen gas, respectively.
EFFECT: proposed device has efficient spatial layout, small volume, low noise level and is suitable for placement near user.
