SUBSTANCE: invention relates to two versions of electrolytic device. Device according to one version includes: water tank containing empty space for water containing; electrolytic bath, located in unfilled space of water reservoir, containing chamber and inner wall of chamber, having multiple elements for retention, wherein electrolytic bath comprises top plate and cover made above top plate; and plurality of electrodes connected to plurality of elements for retention and arranged separately, wherein upper plate of electrolytic bath is located above plurality of electrodes.
EFFECT: invention reduces power consumption and chamber volume.
