SUBSTANCE: invention relates to three embodiments of gas generator. According to one embodiment, the gas generator comprises a water tank comprising a first cavity designed to contain the water to be electrolyzed; device for electrolysis, intended for electrolysis of water subject to electrolysis, causing generation of gas containing hydrogen; a condensation filter arranged vertically above the water tank and configured to filter hydrogen containing impurities; and a moistening device comprising a vessel with unfilled space, a second pipe, a gas outlet unit and a structural outlet member, wherein the vessel is configured to contain makeup water, the second pipe is connected to a vessel for receiving hydrogen containing gas, gas outlet unit is connected to the second pipe and the gas outlet unit surface has a row of through holes for releasing hydrogen containing gas into the make-up water to generate a humid gas containing hydrogen, as well as the outlet structural element is connected to the humidified gas containing hydrogen containing outlet vessel.

EFFECT: gas generator can store the amount of hydrogen-oxygen gas mixture in the water tank and, besides, lower the temperature of the hydrogen-oxygen gas mixture to avoid explosions of the gas mixture.
