FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to coloproctology. In laboratory animals weighing 350 g, a circular incision of skin and subcutaneous fat around the anus is performed. A rectal segment is separated directly along the intestinal wall to an external anal sphincter of at least 35 mm length. A longitudinal rectal wall is incised at the point corresponding to 12 o'clock to the middle of the separated segment of the rectus with further lowering of the intestine to the perineum with tension and applying the first nodular suture between the skin of the anus and intestine at 12 o'clock. A longitudinal rectal wall is incised at the point corresponding to 6 o'clock to the middle of the selected area with subsequent application of the second nodal suture between the skin of the anus and intestine at 6 o'clock, with formation of two rectum flaps of length corresponding to half the length of the separated rectal segment. Formed flaps are excised. Neoanus is created by applying interrupted sutures between the anus skin and the intestine along the whole intestinal circle. A model of ischemia of neorectum is obtained on the third postoperative day.

EFFECT: method enables reproducing postoperative ischemia of neorectum arising after radical correction of anorectal malformations in children.
