SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Method includes the main soil treatment and simultaneous creation on the field surface from the stubble residues of the blown and impermeable brushes, alternating between each other and located across the slope. During spring-summer cultivation in a fallow, before sowing winter wheat, impermeable brushes are kept on the surface of the field and moved along the slope section from the bottom upwards by a value commensurate with their width. Local soil-deepening is performed under the base of the impermeable brushes at their creation and spring-summer cultivation. During the first main tillage of the soil during creation of impermeable brushes, a preparation is applied in them to accelerate the decomposition of stubble residues, and before last cultivation, mineral fertilizers are introduced into the impermeable brushes. Local soil-deepening under base of impermeable brushes is made in form of cut slits displaced from center of base of brushes towards slope top.

EFFECT: method increases erosion resistance of the fallow and productivity of winter wheat.
