FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of sheet workpieces from transparent thermoplastics, specifically to a method of moulding transparent sheets from polycarbonate or polymethylacrylate, and is used in any machine building industry, in particular, for production of glazing products of aircrafts, helicopters and other facilities. Disclosed is a method of forming articles from polymer materials, for example, monolithic polycarbonate using a moulding tool made from high-temperature modelling plastic of type obamodulan, on which microfibre with applied on it heat-resistant antifriction lubricant is placed.
EFFECT: technical result achieved by the invention consists in improvement of quality of formed composite-type large-size items from polymer materials, especially glazing of items with high optical characteristics.
