FIELD: construction; chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, in particular to compositions of crude mixtures for the preparation of foam concrete with sound-absorbing properties, and can be used for erection of sound-absorbing walls of buildings, providing protection of internal premises from noise, including from action of acoustic weapon in conditions of noise aggression, as well as enclosing structures, which reduce noise level. Concrete mixture for making sound-absorbing foam concrete contains, kg per 1 m3 of concrete: portland cement CEM I 42.5H 282–302, limestone 41–49, gypsum 33–39, fly ash 36–44, quartz sand with maximum particle size of 2 mm 52–62, glass crumbs with particle size of 45–90 mcm 38–46, polycarboxylate hyperplasticizer 5.1–5.3, synthetic hydrocarbon foaming agent - 1.5–1.7, water is the balance.
EFFECT: improvement of sound-absorbing characteristics of foam concrete, improvement of their stability with simultaneous simplification of production technology and recycling of wastes.
