SUBSTANCE: production of construction materials used in the production of non-autoclaved foam concrete. The raw material mixture for the production of foam concrete includes, wt.%: Portland cement 37.76-41.67, quartz sand 0-15.63, foaming agent 0.16-0.18, polypropylene fiber 0.39-0.42, superplasticizer 0. 09-0.33, non-activated mineral powder - a product of grinding limestone or dolomite 11.70-32.55, microsilica 1.95-3.25, aluminum sulfate 0.28-0.41, calcium nitrate 0.46-0, 60, graphene nanotubes 0.01-0.02, water - the rest.
EFFECT: increase in the strength characteristics of foam concrete in the early stages of hardening and an increase in grade compressive strength.
