FIELD: chemistry; construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to concrete compositions and can be used in civil and industrial construction for making cement composites with high sound-absorbing properties. Sound-absorbing concrete is produced from a mixture containing, wt%: portland cement 28.5–38.4, fly ash 6.4, granulated foamed glass of fraction from 100 to 800 mcm 6.2–8.3, finely ground quartz sand with content of microparticles with size of less than 4 mcm greater than 40 %, size less than 45 mcm more than 97 % 2.0–2.5, polycarboxylate superplasticiser Stachement 2000 0.225–0.260, fractionated rubber crumb from used tires in amount of 6 % of fraction from 5 to 2.5 mm 1.900–2.230, 29 % of each of fractions from 2.5 to 1.25 mm 9.055–10.300, from 1.25 to 0.63 mm 9.055–10.300, from 0.63 to 0.315 mm 9.055–10.300, 7 % of fraction from 0.315 to 0.16 mm 2.190–2.360, water – the rest.
EFFECT: high strength and coefficient of sound absorption of concrete.
