FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of designing coal mine development. Proposed method is based on control of second mining operations, separation of coal from gangue and placement of mined space. Design process includes development of coal deposit development system, except for waste rock; selection of a suitable method of separating coal from gangue in accordance with requirements for such a compartment; selecting a suitable method of filling the mined space in accordance with the mine geology, production conditions and requirements for control of rock formations; reverse calculation of the working space filling factor in accordance with requirements for separation of waste rock and control indicators by using theoretical calculations, simulation and experimental research; determining the process of filling the mined space and the separation process in accordance with the filling performance factor; and recovery into initial value and adjustment of parameters of process of accumulation of mined space and process of separation by monitoring indicators of efficiency of process of filling and control. Design method is an integral part of processes of separation of coal extracted by underground method, from gangue, processes of coal extraction and filling with waste rock; designing is carried out taking into account various requirements to control of controlled objects within various engineering practice; design method can be used to guide design of coal mining by underground method based on "control of performance of second mining operations, separation of coal from gangue and placement of mined space" in mine; allowed in place is a zero compartment of coal waste rock; processes of soil subsidence, rock collapse and stability of water-bearing horizon can be controlled.

EFFECT: invention allows reducing the level of soil subsidence, controlling and preventing rock caving as well as controlling the water-bearing horizon stability.
