FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering. Mobile flare unit consists of support frame 1, dismountable structure, tower base 2, bolt joints attached to support frame 1, two tower segments 3, 4 attached to each other and to tower base 2 by flange connections, head 5 attached to upper tower segment 3 by flange connections, burner attendant 7 with flame sensor attached to head 5, ropes 9, providing stability of tower segments 3, 4 and head 5, pipeline 12, 13 for supply of combustible gas from receiver-separator 11 to head 5, according to the invention, it is equipped with hoisting and reloading device 10 and screw jacks 15, at that lifting and reloading device 10 is mounted on the base of tower 2, and screw jacks 15 are installed at corners of support frame 1 for its fixation in horizontal position.
EFFECT: creation of efficient mobile flare unit with improved operational characteristics due to expansion of its functional capabilities by means of automated lifting of whole assembly into vertical position.
