FIELD: oil-and-gas industry; field of automatic control of flame presence in combustion of fuel gas.
SUBSTANCE: system contains pilot ejection torch, installed at the torch head, with the pipe for discharging gas into the pilot torch, and pipe for discharging the ignition gas-air mixture and belching the flame to the pilot torch, where the ejector for preparation of ignition mixture is installed. The acoustic sensor controlling the pilot torch flame presence, and a spark-plug are installed sequentially between ejector and pilot torch. At the pipe inlet, the electromagnetic valve, which is connected to acoustic sensor, is installed for discharging and shutting down gas to ejector. The heat sensing device and spark-plug should be reasonably installed in the pilot torch.
EFFECT: system is less complicated, while the reliability is increased.
