FIELD: gas burner devices.
SUBSTANCE: used for combustion of various gaseous fuels, including associated petroleum gases of any degree of saturation in terms of nitrogen content and other non-combustible gases. The flare unit contains a base, a head with a plurality of side nozzle holes on its side surface and a casing located with a radial gap around the head, a divider. The unit contains an air swirler installed on the head, a gas swirler installed at the base, a gas swirler installed in the head, while the gas swirlers have holes located in the centre and are made in the form of blades installed at an angle to the base of the corresponding swirler, the angles of inclination of the blades of the gas swirler installed in the head are adjusted in two planes; the size of the side nozzle holes located in the upper part of the head above the gas swirler is larger than the size of the side nozzle holes located in the lower part of the head before the swirler.
EFFECT: creation of a simple and reliable design of a flare burner, providing improved conditions for the formation of a gas-air mixture, the most efficient and rapid combustion of APG, separation of heavy and light fractions, increased combustion stability, and regulation of flame height.
