FIELD: fiber optics.
SUBSTANCE: tunable fiber reflecting interferometer includes an external rigid casing, a first fibrous cylindrical bushing, a second fiber cylindrical bushing fixed in an external rigid casing. Cylindrical sleeves are located with their faces to each other with air gap and have aligned axial axes by means of cylindrical spring. First fibrous cylindrical bushing comprises optical fiber in its channel, which is both input and output for optical radiation. At the end of this fiber there is a front mirror of the optical resonator of the interferometer, which is asymmetric by reflection coefficients. Micro-opto-electromechanical structure made in the form of a capacitor is applied on the end of the second fibrous cylindrical bushing. Capacitor consists of a fixed electrode located in the channel of the second fiber-type cylindrical bushing, of an air gap and movable coating of the capacitor. Rear mirror of the optical resonator of the interferometer is applied on the movable plate on the side of the first fiber cylindrical bushing. It is possible formation of electric voltage between the fixed electrode and movable coating of capacitor. Input optical fiber is docked in the channel of the first fiber-type cylindrical bushing with a piece of optical fiber, which with an air gap between the first and second fiber-type cylindrical bushes, forms by front and rear mirrors an optical resonator of the interferometer with possibility of realizing the base length of said optical resonator.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of vibration sensitivity of interferometer, reduction of inertial effects of structure on uniformity of spectral adjustment, increase in rate of adjustment.
