SUBSTANCE: invention relates to genetic engineering and can be used in biotechnology for developing gene therapy preparations. Gene-therapy DNA vector based on the VTvaf17 gene-therapy vector DNA is created, carrying a target gene selected from a group of IL11, LIF, DICER, HOXA10, WT1 genes to increase the level of expression of this target gene in the human and animal body, wherein the gene-therapy DNA vector VTvaf17-IL11, or VTvaf17-LIF, or VTvaf17-DICER, or VTvaf17-HOXA10, or VTvaf17-WT1 has a nucleotide sequence SEQ ID No. 1, or SEQ ID No. 2, or SEQ ID No. 3, or SEQ ID No. 4, or SEQ ID No. 5 respectively.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of its safe application for genetic therapy of humans and animals.
