SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for controlling transport and pedestrian flows. Device includes pressure, transmitting and control units connected to each other. Pressure block includes power element. Transmitting unit includes a channel intended for filling with its working medium, and is equipped with a control valve installed in the channel. Control unit comprises control element configured to implement preset control modes of object movement. Force element of the pressure unit is made with possibility of initiating transfer of the working medium by the object to the transfer unit to the control unit with its control element changing into the preset mode of the object movement control.

EFFECT: simplified design with simultaneous reduction of power consumption and wider field of use.
