FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat exchange technology and can be used to create heat exchangers. Proposed heat exchanger comprises housing with inlet and outlet branch pipes for inlet and outlet of hot and cold flows, heat exchange elements made in the form of shells located each relative to each other with annular gaps forming annular cavities. At the ends of shells there are end bottoms attached to each other and to the housing, and forming in-series end annular cavities, wherein in the said bottoms there made are channels connecting said end cavities through one between themselves, wherein said annular cavities of heat exchange elements are connected to cavities of inlet and outlet branch pipes of cold and hot flows through said end cavities formed by bottoms.
EFFECT: this invention ensures uniform heating of shells and increases efficiency of heat exchanger operation.
