FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat exchange technology and can be used to create heat exchangers. Proposed heat exchanger includes housing with inlet and outlet branch pipes for inlet and outlet of hot and cold flows, heat exchange elements made in the form of shells located relative to each other with annular gaps that form annular cavities. At ends of shells there are end bottoms attached to each other and to housing and forming in-series located annular cavities, at that in the above bottoms there made are channels connecting said end cavities through one to each other, wherein angular position of channels in previous end annular cavity is different from location of similar channels in next end annular cavity, wherein said annular cavities of heat exchange elements are connected to cavities of inlet and outlet branch pipes of cold and hot flows through said end cavities formed by bottoms.
EFFECT: this invention makes it possible to ensure uniformity of heating of shells and, consequently, to increase efficiency of heat exchanger operation.
