FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical equipment, namely to a needle instrument for operation of bag displacement under an eye, which balances part of bag under eye in accordance with distribution of bag under eye and then moves eye bag into hollow lachrymal groove under eye. Needle tool for operation of bag displacement under eye is used to fix bag under eye, moved to lower position in lachrymal groove during operation of bag displacement under eye, and has arc-shaped shape. Needle tool comprises body part, needle part and part of thread clamping and binding. Body part has a rectangular cross-section and is captured by the needle holder during the operation. Needle part has one end of the needle and the other end of the needle on both sides of the body part, which should be tapered at the end, and having rounded ends. One end of the needle is blunter than the other end of the needle. Part of thread clamping and binding is provided at one end of the body part and is formed in a position which corresponds to 1/5–1/6 of the whole length from the end of the needle tool and is spaced 0.5–1 mm from the end of the body part. After in the clamping and binding part threads form a through hole, and the thread is connected to the through hole, both sides of the body part are clamped by the press machine to fix the thread in it. In the second version, the needle tool for the bag displacement operation under the eye comprises the said body part, the needle part and the thread clamping and binding part. Needle part has one end of the needle and the other end of the needle on both sides of the body part, which should be tapered at the end. One end of the needle has a rounded tip, and the other end of the needle has a tip cut in the form of a triangle.
EFFECT: inventions allow minimizing the dissection of the conjunctiva inside the eye, reducing the hem on the conjunctiva, facilitating the internal fixation procedure and allowing the bag under the eye to move to a sufficiently low position in the lachrymal groove.
