FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves bringing one allotendon thread end enclosed into probe along inferior lacrimal tubule through fistula and lacrimal sack into nasolacrimal duct. Allotendon thread diameter is to be one size less than probe diameter. The allotendon thread is removed from the probe in superior nasal meatus and temporarily fixed with clamp and the probe is withdrawn. The opposite allotendon thread end is introduced into surgical needle. Inferior conjunctival fornix is pierced with the needle under the inferior lacrimal point, subcutaneously moving it towards the superior nasolabial fold point in buccal region and piercing in this point outward to bring the allotendon thread on the outer surface. Both allotendon thread ends are tied, forming a loop.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced risk of infectious complications and granulomatous inflammation; accelerated bouginated structures walls epithelialization distribution; prevented inferior eyelid eversion, lacrimal point and lacrimal tubules eruption.
