FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. The complex "IOL-capsule bag" is fixed to the sclera in the eyes with defects of the zinc ligament, in which the capsular ring is fixed to the sclera by means of a prolene thread, one end of which is melted to form a spherical formation, which is fixed on the loop of the capsule ring placed in the capsule bag. The other end of the thread, brought out through the scleral tunnel, is melted to form a spherical formation, which is immersed in the scleral tunnel. A capsule ring is used, made in the form of an open oval with closed loops at the ends, and a prolene 6/0 thread, one end of which is melted with a coagulator until a spherical formation, from which, at a distance of 1 mm, the thread is again heated with a coagulator with the formation of an L-shaped bend, as shown in fig.1. The other end is passed from top to bottom through a closed loop of the capsule ring, which together with the thread is introduced into the capsule bag through the corneal tunnel. After the intraocular lens implantation, a 2-2.5 mm long tunnel is formed 2.5 mm from the limbus in the upper sector through the conjunctiva in the sclera parallel to the limbus at a depth of 0.5 mm, through which a needle bent at an angle of 90-100° is inserted. Next, the tip of the needle is turned 90-100°, and after perforation of the sclera and the flat part of the ciliary body, it is brought out parallel to the plane of the iris over the capsular bag into the lumen of the pupil, where the second end of the 6/0 prolene thread is inserted into the needle and withdrawn from the sclera together with it. Next, the degree of thread tension and the position of the "IOL-capsule bag" complex are checked by pulling the threads by its free end, the thread is cut off, leaving the tip, which is melted with a heated coagulator to a spherical formation, which is immersed in the scleral tunnel
EFFECT: invention allows reducing the number of postoperative complications, increasing the clinical and functional efficiency of the operation.
