FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for suppression of microbiological contaminants in container articles consisting of plastic materials, as well as to a shaping head for use in this device. Device is configured to feed the plastic granulate into extruder module (19) for melting the granulate, followed by transfer thereof into a blowing/filling/sealing machine which comprises at least one guide unit (35) for supplying the plasticised plastic material. At least one guide block (35) comprises at least one guide channel (41) for melted plastic material, guiding microbiological contaminants in the inner area of the wall of the polymer sleeve. Also, guide unit (35) comprises head (33) for forming sleeve with oval section and with oval outlet forming zone. At that, outlet zone of said head is made in form of slot and provides linear supply of formed sleeve, starting from section (47) supplied with material coming from outlet (49) of extruder module (19).
EFFECT: technical result consists in creation of device, which can facilitate considerable deactivation of microbiological contaminants.
