FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry, in particular, to devices for downhole chemical treatment of oil. Reagent feeder on the cable suspension bracket includes a feeder pump made in the form of a hydraulic cylinder with a piston with a rod, a metering device made in the form of suction and pressure spring-loaded to the respective valve seats and interacting with the working chamber of the hydraulic cylinder, regulator of dosage of reagent, mechanism for transfer of movement of drive of pumping unit to dosing pump. Dosing pump hydraulic cylinder is fixed on rope suspender. Mechanism for transfer of movement of drive of pumping unit to dosing pump is made in form of connection of rod with column of hollow rods, connected with plunger of bottom pump. Stem is hollow, communicated with hydraulic cylinder working chamber via pressure valve and hollow rod string furnished with outlet channel arranged above said plunger. Regulator of reagent feeder is made in the form of mechanism of preliminary compression of spring of suction valve.
EFFECT: technical result is creation of design of reagent feeder on cable suspension, which enables injection of reagent in cases of plunger slack in cylinder of BPU at thickening of extracted product.
