SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gearboxes of a vehicle with an auxiliary gearbox. Gearbox comprises main reduction gear (1) accommodating primary, secondary and intermediate shafts (3, 4, 5). Intermediate shaft (5) is installed coaxially to primary shaft (3), and secondary shaft (4) is installed parallel to the named shafts. Output shaft (10) of auxiliary gearbox (2) is installed coaxially to intermediate shaft (5) of main reduction gear (1). Gears (6) of intermediate shaft (5) are in constant engagement with gears (7) of secondary shaft (4). At output end of secondary shaft (4) and on output shaft (10) of auxiliary gearbox (2) two pairs of gears (8, 9 and 11, 12), which are in constant engagement, are installed respectively. Main reduction gear (1) is equipped with gear select and shift control mechanism. Synchronizer (13) is located between gears (11, 12) of output shaft (10) of auxiliary gearbox (2).

EFFECT: higher unification of vehicle gearboxes with an auxiliary gearbox.
