FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for additive production of articles from high-strength aluminum alloys with a functional gradient structure. At least part of article is made by feeding at least two wires into molten bath, their melting by high-energy action of electron beam with change of feed rate of at least one of wires. At least one solid wire is used, made from high-strength aluminum alloy, and one powder wire consisting of shell made of material of at least one solid wire, and filler in form of nanosized particles matched to crystal lattice parameter with high-strength aluminum alloy. Solid wires are supplied with variation of feed rate of at least one of them and constant feed rate of flux cored wire.

EFFECT: enlarging the range of application of additive technologies in production of articles from high-strength aluminum alloys.
