FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to additive production of articles with functional-gradient structure from titanium alloys. Proposed method comprises making at least part of article by feeding first wire and second wire into molten bath to be melted by high-energy electron beam. Supply of wires is performed with change of speed of supply of at least one of said wires. First wire melt supply inclination angle makes from 20° up to 50°, and angle of inclination of second wire melt into bath makes from 20° up to 60°. First wire used is solid wire from titanium alloy, and as the second wire there used is flux wire consisting of shell made of solid wire material, and filler in form of powder of carbides or borides of metals, or their mixture with average particle size from 2 mcm to 180 mcm.
EFFECT: high hardness and wear resistance of articles owing to a minimum amount of composite irregularities, gas porosity, defective boundary zones and long boundaries of separation of phases.
