FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surface treatment of metals and alloys, particularly to composition electrode materials for receiving of dispersion-reinforced by nanoparticles coatings. Invention can be used at strengthening of tools and machine components, including aerospace purpose. Composite material consists of nanostructured alloy carbide tungsten- cobalt, in which content of cobalt is 3-25% wt. Grain size of carbide tungsten is from 2 up to 120 nm, and residual porosity - 8-40%. Alloy is received from charge, into which it is additionally introduced grain growth inhibitor of tungsten carbide in amount not more 1% wt with grain size from 2 up to 150 nm. Material is manufactured by means of sintering or hot compaction of charge. In the capacity of inhibitors there can be used powders and TaC, VC, Cr3C2, NbC.
EFFECT: improvement of performance attributes of metallic surfaces of details, operating under load in extreme conditions of operation, increasing of uniformity, wear resistance, heat fastness, microhardness, Young modulus, reduction of roughness and friction ratio of surface.
