SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of supplying electric alternating current to a power supply network, in particular, to supply electric alternating current to a power supply network by means of a wind-driven power plant. Wind-driven power plant includes at least inverter with inverter output to provide inverter electric current, and at least one inverter is conjugated at its output of inverter with active filter, in order to filter inverter current at inverter output and, thus, to provide filtered alternating current for supply to power supply network; includes the following steps: provision of inverter electric current at inverter output by means of switching operations of at least switching device of inverter, registration of switching operations of inverter and control of active filter depending on registered switching operations in order to filter inverter current at inverter output and thus create filtered alternating current.
EFFECT: achieving minimum values of current distortion due to suppression of higher harmonics of current in power supply systems.
