SUBSTANCE: invention relates to propulsion devices, which can be used in air or water transport. Impeller for vehicle comprises hollow cylinder and blades, which are fixed on inner surface of cylinder. Impeller is also equipped with a hollow cone with a branch pipe in its base. Cone is arranged in the cylinder cavity coaxially with it and mounted on the blades by means of a branch pipe.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of impeller.
