FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: rudder-propeller with electric propulsor contains stator, core of which is made of composite material with binding additive having properties of magnetically soft materials. Rotor is made in the form of a hollow cylinder, on the outer surface of which there are magnets with alternating poles, and in the inner space there are blades, one end of which is conjugated with the inner surface of the rotor, and the other with the propeller hub. After the rotor there is a straightener, the blades of which are connected by one end to the inner surface of the housing, and by the other to the hub of the straightener. In the hub of the straightening device there is a rigidly fixed rotor shaft with hinged supports installed on it, and its end surface is conjugated with the fairing. Housing is connected to the column having a hydrodynamic profile. Column is coupled with rotary assembly connected to base of rudder propeller and containing gear wheel engaged with gear wheel of electric motor reducer.
EFFECT: elimination of non-uniformity of physical properties of electric mover stator, absence of deviation of operating parameters of electric mover stator with growth of electromagnetic field intensity, as well as in preventing cavitation effect at high frequency of rotation of the rotor of the electric propulsor, increasing the efficiency of the system when the ship is moving at low speed.
