FIELD: ships and other floating crafts.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of water transport and is aimed at improving an underwater vehicle that provides movement in an aquatic environment for autonomous vehicles. Underwater propulsor comprises tight hull, several radial stators, impeller made up of hollow rotor with inner vanes arranged coaxially inside radial stators, and outlet nozzle. Radial stators contain multiphase tooth windings. Inductors with constant magnets and high-speed ceramic bearings are installed on external surface of hollow rotor, and internal surface of hollow rotor is made in the form of a cone on which impellers are installed. Power electronics unit is installed in sealed housing of propulsor, wherein between sealed housing and outer surface of hollow rotor there is sealing assembly with ferromagnetic seal. Sealed housing comprises spherical shutter to control outlet nozzle.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the design and efficiency, reducing the weight and size indicators, and increasing the traction characteristics of the underwater propulsion system.
