SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for hardware implementation of network transport protocol (NTP) used during transmission and reception of information data. Device comprises a packet reception controller, consisting of an arbitration unit, an NTP packet generation unit, a command buffering unit, a message buffering unit and an emergency message buffering unit; a NTP packet transmission controller; a transaction controller for sending NTP packets; a transaction controller for receiving NTP packets; a controller which converts calls from NTP transaction controllers in a transaction to a bus; block of mode / state registers.

EFFECT: implementing a transport connection mechanism, which is a virtual unidirectional connection between two remote network nodes, which is responsible for transmitting information between them at the transport level, for transmitting large volumes of information with minimum overhead.
