FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: system architecture of charging device for accumulators, in which power supply devices based on gallium nitride are used. In particular, a universal architecture of a charging device for accumulators based on gallium nitride for charging as low voltage accumulators is proposed, and high voltage using as input supply three-phase alternating current 230 V with variable frequency, and three-phase alternating current 115 V with constant frequency in compliance with strict requirements to quality of energy and electromagnetic interference in aerospace industry.
EFFECT: system has advantages of active electronic power circuits for power conversion, use of control devices for correction of power factor at its input and adjustment of direct current/constant voltage at its output.
