FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to anti-sludge filters in wells for hydrocarbon production. Mesh filter assembly comprises main pipe having axis, closed lower end and open upper end for connection to downhole pump intake structure, wherein main pipe comprises first segment and second segment, first and second plurality of perforations in side walls of first and second segments, first and second mesh filters installed around first and second pipe segments for filtering particles in borehole fluid, valve of the second pipe segment installed on the second segment and located in the closed position shutting off flow of fluid flow through the second set of perforation holes from the second pipe segment to the first pipe segment. Valve of the second segment is configured to move into an open position allowing flow of the well fluid through the second plurality of perforations from the second segment of the pipe into the first segment of the pipe. Second pipe segment valve has discharge zone, on which the pressure difference between the inner part and the outer part of the second pipe segment acts in response to the downhole pump suction supported by the support structure and when the selected lower limit of the valve of the second pipe segment, pressure difference causes valve of second pipe segment to move from closed position to open one. Valve holder of the second segment holds the valve in the closed position until the pressure drop reaches the selected lower limit of the valve of the second pipe segment, which indicates that the flow flowing through the first screen and the first plurality of perforated holes is reduced due to clogging first mesh filter.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of filtration.
