FIELD: peat extraction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the extraction of peat, specifically to the work on the restoration of peat bogs, in particular to the watering of worked-out peatlands. Method for flooding of worked-out peatlands consists in use of water from available source, its redistribution into distributors along whole area of peat bog, on area of worked-out peat bog a group of trenches is excavated, after which in the trench high-pressure gas pipelines are laid, equipped at the end with risers with dissipating water outlets, the inner cavity of which from above is made with nozzle-divider, wherein the high-pressure radial pipeline each is individually connected by a corresponding free end to the main pipeline with an adjustable gate valve, combined with the portable pump station of the MPS type, and the collection pond is filled with local runoff by the passage of the spring high water with active thawing of snow at a positive temperature, wherein collection pond is torn off in the lowest topographic marks outside the developed peat bog with volume not less than the volume of the developed peat bog, for redistribution of the total pumping volume of the pump station by the controlled hydraulic resistance, wherein the ends of the radiation pressure pipelines, equipped with risers with spraying water outlets and with nozzles, are equipped with a pressure chamber, in which the rotating device is arranged, and water is pumped by means of a velocity head with arrangement of jet movement of water under a canopy, which is fixed with metal rods to ends of the pressure chamber, through holes produce water on the day surface during flooding of the peat, and simultaneously form a large group of water outlets, cloud of mist above water surface of formed swamp and towards surrounding forest strips. According to the invention, the risers with spraying water outlets and nozzles make the riser upper part by the diffuser and are connected to the conical chamber housing, in which in upper part fixed screw is coaxially to diffuser and upper end of screw is made with smooth cone in direction of connection of additional diffuser to conical chamber housing, diffuser that covers the surface of the spraying disc protruding beyond the conical chamber end surface, wherein diffuser side walls make at least three ejected holes, and screw itself is two in-series connected surfaces, one of which is at least a single-thread groove with right or left thread and located inside the conical chamber housing, and the second surface is made with a smooth end in the form of a rotation body, axisymmetrically connected to the spraying disc located perpendicular to the axis of the housing of the conical chamber, wherein the surface of the spraying disc protruding beyond the end surface of the upper part of the conical chamber body is made bent towards the upper part of the housing of the conical chamber.
EFFECT: high efficiency of spraying water drops, which enables not only to expand functional capabilities for flooding of worked-out peatlands, but also to increase labor productivity, as well as improves environmental situation around forest peat bogs.
