FIELD: peat extraction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the extraction of peat, specifically to the work on the restoration of peat bogs, in particular to the watering of worked-out peatlands. Method of flooding of worked-out peatlands involves use of water from an available source and its redistribution into distributors throughout the peatland area. According to the invention, a group of trenches is excavated on the area of the worked peatland, after which high-pressure line pipelines are laid in the trench, which are equipped at the end with risers which are equipped with a pressure chamber, in which there is a hydraulic turbine interconnected with a nozzle made with a U-shaped dome, having a spherical surface with through holes in the form of a perforation, the number and diameter of which depends on the given jet water flow rate for watering and spraying over an open water surface. Canopy is fixed above the end of the pressure chamber at distance of (1–1.5)d, where d is the diameter of the pipe chamber. Presence of a large number of water outlets, where a cloud of fog is formed over the open surface of water from spraying of jets towards the movement of surrounding forest strips. Due to the high head during operation of the mobile pump station, the flow of water discharged from the storage pond is controlled for watering of the developed peatlands, and dispersion and rotation of water flow into separate small jets is provided by rotation of hydraulic turbine, located in cavity of pressure chamber, in addition, from cavity of pressure chamber with high speed part of flow begins to break between metal rods, to which a canopy is attached, wherein swirled flow captures deposits, spins and ejects out through holes between rods below edges of U-shaped canopy.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows not only broader functional capabilities for flooding of worked-out peatlands, but also reduces labor intensity of cleaning water outlets, increase labor productivity, improve operating conditions of closed main and radiation pipelines from sedimentation by deposits on a hydrographic network, excluding a number of negative phenomena, formation of which is possible under process conditions of water supply from storage pond, and also improves environmental situation around forest belt peatland.
