FIELD: astronautics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for sealing breakdown places with high-speed meteorite or technogenic particles of shells of space objects. Device for sealing of defects of shells of space objects includes cover (1), handle (2), holes (3) for sealant filling, clamp (4). Cover (1) is made of polyethylene film. Clamp (4) is made in the form of piston with thread (7), connected by means of rod (6) with handle (2). Upon detection of defect in spacecraft body, body (5) is applied on breakdown hole in spacecraft body. By turning handle (2) under action of rod (6) sealant moves to cover (1) and breaks elastic cover (1) and begins sealing process.

EFFECT: enabling sealing of spacecraft shell holes in hard-to-reach places.
